We have a flexible returns policy. We accept returns within 15 days from delivery. We may allow the return of unopened/unused product(s) after deducting a 20% restocking charge. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges.
Silpika Crafts also reserves the rights to refuse returns and refunds for certain products.
